KEW™ stores passwords in a secure way that makes it impossible for anyone within the KEW™ organization to retrieve it. If you sign up for a paid subscription, we (or our payment processor such as Stripe, Inc.) may need your billing details. It is a principle for KEW™ to require the least amount possible of personal information.

• Service-related data: As normal usage of KEW™ services, you will be entering project-, program- and team-related data. It is your responsibility to avoid entering personal information in parts of the Services that are not intended for such information. For example, you may enter Role names for a project, or task names, etc. Any information entered in data points of that nature might be eventually shared with other members of your organization, so the recommendation is to treat all information you enter other than Account information as if it were public.

• Usage: We automatically collect usage data about how you interact with our Services when you use them. For example, this could be actions you take on our platform, such as number of times you enter certain screens or number of connections to our platform.

• Logs: Our servers automatically log certain types of data when you visit or use our Services, for example, when you navigate through our website.
